From Junction 20 M25
Upon exiting the motorway take the exit for the A4251 signposted towards Kings Langley.
At the next roundabout continue straight over towards Kings Langley.
Upon entering the town take the third turning on the left, Vicarage Lane. You will see the shop the ‘Lunchbox’ on the corner.
Follow the road, passing Chipperfield Land Rover until you reach the cross roads with a Kia garage on the right and the Royal Oak pub on the left, turn right at the junction.
Follow the road past the Wyvale Garden Centre and take the next left, Flaunden Lane, signposted Flaunden.
Follow the road for 1 mile until you see the 30mph road signs and a wooden sign to the right of the road marked Flaunden.
Take the very next turning/driveway just after the signs on the left marked Hatton House. The turning is almost opposite Venus Hill on the right.
Turn up the small road and turn right at the top by the gates, we are the last three units.
From Junction 8 M1
Upon exiting the motorway follow the dual carriageway to the town centre. You will cross 4 roundabouts before coming to what is known as the magic roundabout. This is a roundabout with mini roundabouts going around the perimeter.
Take the 2nd exit going to your left past the Vauxhall and Honda garages toward the A41 Aylesbury.
At the next set of traffic lights by Aldi Supermarket turn right.
Go straight over the next roundabout past Hemel Hemsptead train station on your left and then straight over one more roundabout and continue to the 2nd set of traffic lights and turn left, the Swan Antiques Centre is on the corner.
Follow the road until you come into Bovingdon and approach 2 mini roundabouts where you will turn left into Bovingdon High Street.
Follow the road out of town until you come to the next junction and turn right into Flaunden Lane.
Follow the road for 1 mile until you see the 30mph road signs and a wooden sign to the right of the road marked Flaunden.
