From Junction 8 M1

Upon exiting the motorway follow the dual carriageway to the town centre. You will cross 4 roundabouts before coming to what is known as the magic roundabout. This is a roundabout with mini roundabouts going around the perimeter.

Take the 2nd exit going to your left past the LJ Motors and Vauxhall garage toward the A41 Aylesbury.

At the next set of traffic lights by the Citroen/Volvo dealer turn right.

Go straight over the next roundabout past Hemel Hemsptead train station on your left and then straight over one more roundabout and continue to the 2nd set of traffic lights and turn left, the Swan Pub is on the corner.

Follow the road until you come into Bovingdon and approach the mini roundabouts where you will turn left at the second roundabout by Chiltern Jaguar.

Follow the road out of town until you come to the next junction and turn right into Flaunden Lane.

Follow the road for 1 mile until you see the 30mph road signs and a wooden sign to the right of the road marked Flaunden.

Take the very next turning/driveway just after the signs on the left marked Hatton House. The turning is almost opposite Venus Hill on the right.

Turn up the small road and turn right at the top by the gates, we are the last three units.
